F rustrated after months of looking for a home to suit their foodie lifestyle, Greg and Kate were at the end of their tether when their niece suggested they should hand the hard work over to us. Running a major importing business in the food industry meant a great deal of international travel and very little time for house hunting. With a clear list of what they needed which included room for a 10 seat dining table, top class cooking facilities and kitchen layout and 4 bedrooms, we spent quite some time together exploring different suburbs that might offer the mix of lifestyle, property features and easy access to their business within budget. Although not originally on their suburb list, the gracious home we found was in bustling East Brisbane.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen to die for, the home also included a quaint garden studio. Greg and Kate have had many grand dinner parties with family and friends in the years since they moved into their foodie haven.
