I was referred to Nathan at Property Pursuit after I had been looking for a house for a few months and was starting to think I would never find my dream home.
My initial meeting with Nathan left me feeling encouraged and excited again about searching the property market. It was probably 2 weeks after I signed up with Property Pursuit we found a house I was really interested in.
He did all the negotiating with the Real Estate Agent and Owner on my behalf and in the end we settled on a fair price.
Nathan then took complete charge of the situation and organised the Pest, Building Plumbing and Electrical Inspections which were all completed on the same day.
He was on site when these inspections were undertaken and spoke to each tradesmen then promptly sent me all the reports. He highlighted items on the reports that he wanted to bring to my attention.
Settlement was very smooth and Nathan kept in contact with me the whole time.
When I moved into the house I wanted to install new security screens and doors, enclose the carport and have an internal door installed from the new garage to the house etc.
Nathan has this extensive list of tradesmen which he recommended to me. All the tradesmen were extremely reliable prompt and professional they all turned up on time to quote and start and complete the jobs. I could not have done all the organising without Nathan’s help and guidance.
Property Pursuit has a philosophy that you are a “Client for Life” and it is absolutely true. I have been living in my home now since June 2019 and to this day I still have contact with Nathan from time to time. Just a text message or email to see how I am going and more recently to wish myself and my family a Merry Christmas and New Year.
