As part of the REIQ’s 2010 Awards for Excellence, the award is judged on Innovation, Risk Management, Leadership and Contribution to the Industry.
This is now the third time that our Director, Meighan Hetherington, has won the award having been judged the Buyers Agent of the Year in 2008, 2009 and now 2010.
We work hard to continually improve our processes to ensure that we can drive the best possible results for our clients and, so we are thrilled that our hard work has paid off and has been recognised again by the industry.
We also wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your support because you are part of our success and we truly appreciate it.
We would like to congratulate all of the finalists and winners.
REIQ Press Release
Best of Qld real estate recognised
Monday, 15 February 2010
Queensland's real estate profession put the uncertainties of 2009 behind them on Friday night, gathering in Brisbane to recognise their very best property practitioners.
About 400 people attended the Real Estate Institute of Queensland's (REIQ) 2010 Awards for Excellence at the Sofitel Hotel to applaud the finalists and winners in each of the awards' 15 categories.
REIQ Board Chair Pamela Bennett said each of the award contenders should be congratulated for choosing to focus on their positive achievements during the economic difficulties of the past year.
"The Queensland real estate market has certainly experienced marked highs and lows over the past few years, with 2009 a particularly trying time for many of our members," Mrs Bennett said.
"Thankfully, this year heralds more stable economic conditions, which augurs well for all of our members.
"These annual awards showcase the very best of our profession and recognise those who, together with the REIQ, believe that best practice, commitment and integrity are the keys to a successful and fulfilling real estate career."
Agent and agency winners will automatically progress into the 2010 National Awards for Excellence held in Adelaide in March.
