We will manage the sale at no additional cost to you other than the regulated commission charged by the selling agent. We will assist with the selection of the selling agent, formulation and monitoring of the marketing campaign and negotiation of the sale.

Fee Structure

To provide this advisory service to you we will not charge you a direct fee. At the completion of the sale, we will invoice the selling agent a percentage of their commission.
